• A Home Owners Manual -- complete with Maintenance checklists and schedules to help you properly maintain your new home.
• Clients and agents are always welcome at the inspection site. If you can't or don't want to be there for the entire inspection, we'll be happy to call you about an hour or so before we're finished. You can come by, review the report findings right there, so we can show you what the issues are, as well as where important shut offs are located, maintenance or safety issues, etc.
