An EyeSpy Inspection:

We will conduct a thorough inspection of your home, inside and out.

Our years of work as contractors, home builders and home improvement specialists provide the knowledge and expertise to provide you with a thorough and professional, non-intrusive, visual inspection of your home, from roof to foundation.

Outside the home, we will check the exterior walls, roof, driveway, deck, etc., then move inside to examine the walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows. The heating, air-conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems will all be examined to ensure that they function as intended. Bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms receive a thorough check, along with the attic and basement or crawl space.

You welcome to be present while we inspect your home, but it is not required. All the information you need will be provided in your comprehensive Home Inpsection Report. Many of our Clients choose to join us at the home near the end of the Inspection. That gives us the opportunity to review any findings and point out any important Maintenance items they should be aware of.
